Step 1: Order Transcripts From Each Institution Attended

To complete the direct application process for admission to the University of Central Arkansas you must submit official transcripts from each college or university you have attended up to the date of application or demonstrating that you have completed your undergraduate degree.

You may order transcripts directly from your schools attended or you may order them through a transcript service such as Parchment click here.

Save each transcript as a .pdf file if you did not receive it in that format.

Step 2: Order Official GRE Scores

You may download your official GRE scores for each attempt from your ETS account page. For instructions on how to retrieve your scores click here. Your official scores will be downloadable in a .pdf format. Like the ACT score you may have taken before enrolling as an undergraduate, the UCA Occupational Therapy Department will take the highest of each subscore if you have attempted the GRE more than once.

Step 3: Complete the UCA Direct App Form

Now that you have obtained all of the required information to complete your application, have your transcripts and GRE scores accessible on the computer in which you are completing the application. You will be required to upload them as part of your application. All fields on the simplified application are required.

You will be asked to provide demographic information, contact information and to upload your transcripts and GRE scores. Once you have provided the required information, you will be contacted by the department about the final interview process. Notification and scheduling of interviews typically takes place two to three weeks following the application deadline.
