Amanda received a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with an English Rhetoric minor in 2014 from College of the Ozarks. She then started at UCA and ended up with another Bachelor of Science, this time in Nutrition, in 2018 before obtaining her Masters in Nutrition and completing her dietetic internship in 2019. Amanda is a Registered Dietitian and served as Director of Food and Nutritional Services at Methodist Behavioral Hospital for 3 years. Amanda is married, has one little boy and 2 cats, and enjoys reading, kayaking, and board games.
