Leila is an undergraduate academic advisor for the College of Health and Behavioral Sciences. She advises undergraduate students in the BS in Family & Consumer Sciences, the BS in Dietetics, the BS in Nutrition Sciences. She has worked in the AAC since 2019. Prior to coming to UCA, she was an assistant professor at UAMS and UAFS in the Dental Hygiene program. She is a Registered Dental Hygienist and has been a clinical hygienist for 25 years. She holds a BS in Dental Hygiene from UAMS and Masters in Education from U of A – Fayetteville.
In her spare time, Leila enjoys traveling, being involved in church activities, and watching sports (especially her students in Bear Country). She loves being a part of the UCA family!
