UCA Homecoming 2010 is here! Homecoming week is packed full of events including the UCA Pep Rally Tuesday at 7 p.m. in the Farris Center and the UCA Greek Show Friday at 7 p.m. at Ida Waldran.
The Alumni & Friends Homecoming Party will begin at 7 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 29 at Centennial Center at Centennial Valley Country Club. The event will feature Warren Crow Band from Little Rock.
The Half-Century Club Induction & Brunch will begin at 9 a.m. at McCastlain Hall. Tom Bonner, Class of 1959, will be presented the 2010 Distinguished Alumnus Award. Bonner is a former local TV personality for KARK-TV in Little Rock and senior vice president at Arkansas Children’s Hospital.
The Alumni & Friends Homecoming Tailgate Party starts at 11 a.m. at the Crafton Alumni Pavilion. The party is being catered by The Fish House. Other tailgate parties will be on Bruce Street beginning at 10 a.m.
Homecoming T-shirts and event tickets are available in the Alumni Services Office at Buffalo Alumni Hall. The t-shirts are long-sleeve, white cotton with Homecoming 2010 graphic. The cost is $10 per shirt. The shirt is available in sizes from youth to XX-large.
UCA will face Southeastern Louisiana University at 2 p.m. at Estes Stadium.
