Benefit golf tournament scheduled

The University of Central Arkansas will sponsor a benefit golf tournament for Robert Moore on Monday, Oct. 4 (tee time is 2 p.m.) at Plantation Golf Club in Mayflower. Moore, a UCA history major, was injured during his practice teaching while coaching a baseball game in Mayflower. Proceeds will help purchase a piece of medical equipment for Robert. Staff Senate sponsoring free tailgate on Saturday

The UCA Staff Senate is sponsoring a tailgate party beginning at 3 p.m., on Saturday, Sept. 25, on the football practice field before the UCA-Valdosta football game.
