Last month, the University of Central Arkansas Board of Trustees approved the reorganization of the College of Education and the College of Health and Applied Sciences. The Institutional Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) will be given at UCA on Monday, April 25, from 9a.m. to noon in Student Center, Room 215A.
