The University of Central Arkansas's Winter Commencement will take place Saturday, Dec. 12 at the Farris Health and Physical Education Center on the UCA campus. The performance of the East China Normal University Student Troupe scheduled for Thursday, Dec. 10 at the University of Central Arkansas has been canceled.
