As announced this morning, all instruction for today, Feb. 23, will be remote. All business offices will move to remote operation beginning at noon, however, the campus will remain open for essential services. The hours for essential campus services are as follows:
- Dining Options:
- Christian Cafeteria will be open for lunch from 10:45 a.m. to 2 p.m., and dinner from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.
- Chick-fil-A in the Student Center Food Court will close at 4 p.m.
- Einstein Bros. Bagels in Donaghey Hall will close at 5 p.m.
- Starbucks will close at noon.
- Twisted Taco in Donaghey Hall will close today at 5 p.m.
- The C-Store in the Student Center will close today at 4 p.m.
- The C-Store at Bear Village will close at 5 p.m.
- Other dining options or concepts may also be available. Check the UCA Campus Dining Instagram account @UCADining and Twitter account @UCACampusDining for the most up-to-date dining hours.
- The HPER Center will be open until 6 p.m.
- Torreyson Library will be open until noon, after which virtual services will continue to be available via the website.
- The Student Center will be open until 5 p.m.
- The Student Health Clinic will have modified operations from 1 to 4 p.m. During that time, COVID-19 testing and telehealth appointments will continue to be available by appointment only. All appointments must be made by calling 501-450-3136. COVID-19 testing and related questions may also be addressed by calling this number or sending an email to covid19@uca.edu.
- The shuttles are currently operating on a normal schedule, however, adjustments may be made as conditions worsen later in the day. If there are questions regarding availability or to get more information, please call (501) 697-5540.
Supervisors, in coordination with division vice presidents, should communicate with employees regarding on-site staffing needs for essential services. Offices should otherwise utilize their remote work plans.
