The University of Central Arkansas Board of Trustees approved an increase in tuition and fees for the 2010-11 academic year during its meeting on May 7. Leah Horton has been named the Resident Master of the new STEM Residential College at the University of Central Arkansas. Horton is currently a faculty member in the Department of Biology at UCA.
