Lorien Foote Finalist for Lincoln Prize

Lorien Foote, an associate professor of history at the University of Central Arkansas, was among the seven finalists competing for the 2011 Lincoln Prize. Kay Hinkle has been reappointed to the University of Central Arkansas Board of Trustees by Gov. Mike Beebe. Hinkle, of Mountain View, was first appointed to the board in 2004.
