Mizuki Sasaki's hometown was devastated in March after an earthquake and tsunami struck the city of Tagajo in northern Japan. Courtway Appointed UCA President

The UCA Board of Trustees voted unanimously Friday to appoint Tom Courtway as president of the University of Central Arkansas for up to three years.
