Dr. Erin Shaw is serving as an assistant professor in the Department of Leadership and is the program coordinator for the Library Media and Information Technologies graduate program.  Prior to joining the faculty at UCA, she served in K-12 education for 24 years- as a science teacher and as a school librarian.  Erin is a National Board certified school library media specialist and was named School Library Media Specialist of the Year in 2014 by the Arkansas Association of Instructional Media
