Tutoring Services is Open for Spring 2025!
Submitted by: Jacob Christie, jchristie1@uca.edu on 01/13/2025
Dear UCA Community,
Hello and happy beginning of the semester! Tutoring Services is officially open for Spring 2025 and our peer tutors are prepared and excited to work with your students! Whether it be course content help, navigating student technology, or learning about great student resources from achieved peers, our bright tutors are ready to assist. Our tutors specialize in many high-demand lower-division core subjects like math, chemistry, biology, computer science, and physics, but are able to assist in some higher level courses in these subjects.
Also, if your students need help brushing up on their note-taking skills, study skills, or revising their test preparation routine, our tutors are prepared to share their successful skills with your students. To take advantage of this service, be sure that your students designate “Study & Testing Skills” in Navigate360, or have them come by and speak with us in Tutoring Services.
Students are welcome to make an appointment in Navigate360 to meet with a tutor, or are welcome to drop by Torreyson Library 223 for a walk-in appointment if a tutor is available. For questions, please reach out to us at tutoring@uca.edu, or stop by for questions about our service.
Thank you so much for allowing us to serve your students! We look forward to helping the students of UCA achieve their academic goals!
