Who May Apply?
All current and accepted students into the University of Central Arkansas that will be attending next academic year. We have scholarships for entering freshmen, undergraduate and graduate level students. Scholarship criteria varies with grade level, major, GPA and other factors. All students are encouraged to apply for UCA Foundation scholarships every year, unless you are graduating and not returning after this academic year. For example, you are a senior in academic year 24-25, the application is for scholarships that will be awarded in academic year 25-26, so if you are not returning for the 25-26 academic year, you do not need to apply.
How are Students Awarded?
All applications are reviewed by individual scholarship committees and recipients are selected by the committee based on the scholarship Memorandum of Understanding criteria set at the time the scholarship was created by the scholarship donor. Scholarship awards are applied directly to student account.
How are Students Notified of Scholarship Awards?
All students are notified via their UCA email and it is the responsibility of the student to check their UCA cub email. Students who are awarded are required to complete an online acceptance form and to complete a thank you note addressed to their appropriate scholarship donor.
