Pantry Closed August 11 – 15
The Bear Essentials Food Pantry will be closed from Monday, August 11 through Friday, August 15, to prepare for the Fall semester.
The Pantry will reopen on Monday, August 18, continuing its Summer Hours of 11 am – 4 pm Monday through Thursday. Fall Semester open hours will begin after the Labor Day Holiday on Tuesday, September 2.

Closed for Independence Day
The Bear Essentials Food Pantry will be closed on Thursday, July 3rd and Friday, July 4th, for the Independence Day Holiday. We will reopen at 11 am on Monday, July 7th.

We will be closed Monday, May 26, in observance of Memorial Day. We will reopen at 11 am on Tuesday, May 27.
Pantry’s Summer Hours start Finals Week
The Bear Essentials Food Pantry will begin its Summer hours on Monday, April 28. Our closing time will change from 5 pm to 4 pm Monday through Thursday.
Closed Spring Break
The Bear Essentials Food Pantry will be closed during UCA’s Spring Break March 24 – March 28. We will be open our regular hours from 11 am – 5 pm Monday – Thursday March 17 – 20. We will reopen at 11 am on Monday, March 31.
