The Bear Essentials Food Pantry will be closed in observance of Labor Day on Monday, September 7, 2026. We will reopen at 11 am on Tuesday, September 8. Our regular Fall semester open hours are 11 am – 5 pm Mondays through Thursdays, except for holidays and UCA breaks.

The Bear Essentials Food Pantry will be closed on Thursday, 7/2 and Friday, 7/3 in observance of the Independence Day holiday.  We will reopen at 11 am on Monday, 7/6.

Pantry closed July 2 & 3 for July 4th holiday

The Bear Essentials Food Pantry will be closed on Memorial Day, Monday, May 25th.  We will reopen at 11 am on Tuesday, May 26th.

The Bear Essential Food Pantry Summer Hours will begin on Monday, May 4th. The hours will be 11 am – 4 pm Monday through Thursday.

The Bear Essentials Food Pantry will be closed for the Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Day on Monday, January 19.

The Pantry is open Monday through Thursday from 11 am to 5 pm, except on holidays and UCA closures.  In the event of inclement weather, we follow the UCA closure plans.
