Unzila Cheema is a Graduate Administrative Assistant for the Center for Community and Economic Development (CCED). She was primarily raised in Conway, Arkansas. She completed her BBA in Management at the University of Central Arkansas with a focus on HR and is currently pursuing her MBA. She is an active member of professional organizations including SHRM (Society for Human Resource Management) and CAHRA (Central Arkansas Human Resource Association; SHRM Chapter). Through her assistantship at UCA CCED and previous experience, Unzila hopes to leverage her academic excellence and practical experience to make meaningful contributions to enhance the community where she was raised while cultivating relationships with outstanding individuals within the area.
