Tracie Spivey is the Project Coordinator for the University of Central Arkansas Center for Community and Economic Development (CCED) and the Community Development Institute. A proud Honors graduate of the University of Central Arkansas, Tracie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and has completed the three-year Community Development Institute (CDI) course at UCA.
Before joining the CCED/CDI team, Tracie served as the Office Manager for UCA’s Outreach and Community Engagement Division and was the Assistant Director of the Conway Area Youth Leadership Institute (CAYLI).
Tracie is actively involved in her community, serving as a board member for the Emergency Food and Shelter Program through United Way of Central Arkansas and an active member of UCA’s Community Emergency Response Team (CERT). She has also held roles as Treasurer and Chair of the Conway Alliance for the Arts (CAFTA) and as a board member of the Jewish Federation of Arkansas.
Additionally, Tracie was selected for UCA’s Lead, Engage, Act, Discover (LEAD) Program, which brings together motivated UCA employees who value dynamic interactions across academic, operational, and external spheres, fostering leadership development and a deeper understanding of the university.
