Tabatha Duvall is the Assistant Director of the Center for Community and Economic Development (CCED) and Community Development Institute (CDI.) She is a graduate of the University of Central Arkansas with a degree in Public Relations and Speech Communication. Tabatha is a certified Professional Community and Economic Developer (PCED), designated by the Community Development Council, and is a 2019 graduate of CDI. She has a background in Chambers of Commerce and Community, Workforce, and Economic Development programming.
She has completed the Mid-South Basic Economic Development course and Leadership Russellville. She serves as Vice President of Membership for the Arkansas Community Development Society and is a member of the national Community Development Society.
Tabatha is a certified Strategic Doing Workshop Leader and a Certified Group Facilitator.
