Abayi Ibro Ayouba is originally from Niger (West Africa) and speaks four languages fluently, i.e., French, Hausa, Djerma/Zarma, and English. She moved to Conway, AR, in 2009 to attend the University of Central Arkansas (UCA) and graduated in 2015 with a double major in International Studies and French. She moved back to Niger after graduation and then to London in 2016, where she attended the University of East London and graduated with her Master of Law (LLM) in 2017. In December 2017, Abayi moved back to Arkansas and started working for the UCA College of Liberal Arts, now the College of Arts, Humanities and Social Sciences. She is now pursuing her PhD in Change Leadership for Equity and Inclusion.
