April McCullough is a Graduate Assistant for the Center for Community and Economic Development at the University of Central Arkansas. April’s undergraduate program is from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville where she earned a Bachelors of Arts degree in Psychology. April holds a Masters degree in Education and a Masters degree in Counseling with an emphasis in Rehabilitation from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. Her school teachers, church leadership, and Glenview community in North Little Rock, Arkansas were the path of collective leadership working together to bring about change for her family. For this reason, April’s dissertation topic and focus includes community, religious leadership development, and change. April is currently a Doctoral student in the Leadership Studies PhD program at the University of Central Arkansas with a concentration in community.
