Emergency Student Loans

The Office of Student Services provides small emergency loans (when funds are available) to assist students with emergency expenses including books, medical costs, food, car repairs, rent, utilities, etc.  The maximum loan amount is $200.  Any student with a GPA of 2.0 or above, must be enrolled full time (12 or more hours), and must not be flagged with any other department is eligible for a loan.  Most students repay the loan within a 4 to 5 month period so funds can be used for other students.  There is no interest charged for the loan.  If interested, come by our office at 210 Student Health Center to fill out a form.  If you have any questions, you can contact Denicha Kemp or Dr. Gary Roberts at 501-450-3416.
