Admission Requirements

To be considered for admission, applicants must submit the following items through the Graduate School application dashboard:

1. Evidence of a completed a master’s degree with a minimum GPA of 3.00
2. All documents required by the UCA Graduate School including official copies of all undergraduate and graduate transcripts
3. A completed application to the Change Leadership for Equity and Inclusion PhD program that includes contact information for three references
4. Respond to the following prompt (limited to 500 words): PhD Program Writing Prompt
5. Choose and read one of the following articles and write a 500–1000-word article review. Article Review for Admission Instructions

   • Best Practices in Leadership Curriculum Development: A Case Study of a Curriculum Designed to Foster Authentic Leadership Skills in Graduate Students

   • Three perspectives on leadership in higher education: traditionalist, reformist, pragmatist
