  Ms. Hollaway is an occupational therapist who graduated in 2003 with a Master’s of Science degree from the University of Central Arkansas. Her career began as a pediatric occupational therapist and evolved into administration of a developmental pediatric facility for children of all abilities. Ms. Hollaway’s areas of clinical expertise focus on autism intervention and family programming. She earned her certificate in Relationship Development Intervention in 2008 in order to equip and train families of children with autism and social emotional vulnerabilities. In an effort to receive her PhD in the Health Sciences, Ms. Hollaway is currently furthering her education by attending Virginia Commonwealth University.
  Ms. Hollaway values community-based involvement for children and is the co-founder and current co-director for Acting Creates Therapeutic Success jr. (ACTS jr) in Conway, Arkansas. ACTS jr is a performing arts program for children of all abilities. Ms. Hollaway’s research interests center on program development for children with social-emotional deficits and autism spectrum diagnoses. Her recent publication entitled “Guided Participation and Parental Tutoring in Preschool Children with Autism: A Pilot Study of Relationship Development Intervention (RDI)” explored the relational aspects of intersubjective engagement between children with autism and their parents.
  It is her passion and desire to equip clinicians, families, and professionals around a common goal of advocating for optimal development of children. She seeks to lead others to create excellent and engaging environments for children to thrive.
