The University of Central Arkansas is launching a contest allowing current students to submit an entry to name the life-sized wooden bear outside Wingo Hall.
The winning student in the “Name the Bear” contest will be awarded a $200 gift certificate. Entries are due by noon on Friday, September 13, 2013.
Entry packets with full contest rules are available at the Student Information Desk in the Student Center.
A panel of faculty, staff and students will judge the entries and select a name. The winning entry will be used in a variety of media including but not limited to signage, social media, advertisements, campaigns, and fundraising.
