Members of the board will have lunch following the meeting in Wingo 315. The Audit and Finance Committee will meet in person at 8:30 a.m., prior to the board meeting, in Wingo 315. Members of the board are expected to attend the grand opening of the Integrated Health Sciences Building at 1:30 p.m., Friday, Aug. 13.
