UCA Theatre to Present Almost, Maine

UCA Theatre will present Almost, Maine by John Cariani on February 13, 14, 19, 20, and 21 at 7:30 pm in the Bridges/Larson Theatre of the Snow Fine Arts Center on the campus.

The aurora borealis is the backdrop for this midwinter night’s dream in Almost, Maine. Residents seek to warm their hands and their hearts as they reach out for human connections amid the lonely vastness of the Pine Tree state.

The production is under the direction of Dr. Greg Blakey, resident designer at UCA Theatre. Set design is by UCA Theatre student Erica Craig of Atlanta, Texas, with costume design by Haley Tynes of Shirley, recent UCA Theatre graduate. Lighting design is by UCA Theatre student, Emily Beggs with stage management by UCA Theatre student Alexander Udochi, both of Conway.

Cast members include Harrison Trigg of Russellville, Indigo Anderson-Moore of Little Rock, Madison Ellis of North Little Rock, Frank Hunter of Jonesboro, and Jessica Allis, Chad Fulmer, and Emily Ray, all of Conway.

Tickets are $10 each for the general public and 2 free with a current UCA I.D. Reservations are highly encouraged and can be made by calling 501-450-3265 or through UCA Ticket Central, located in the Reynolds Performance Hall box office.
