UCA Theatre will present One Flea Spare, by Naomi Wallace, at 7:30 p.m. on Oct. 15, 16 and 17, in the Reynolds Performance Hall.
This critically acclaimed drama is set in 1665 as the plague is sweeping through London. A month-long quarantine is about to expire on a wealthy couple’s boarded-up house when two vagrants break in, forcing the occupants to endure another month’s captivity. The story that transpires explores the relationship of rich and poor being trapped together, waiting for either freedom or death.
The play is suggested for mature audiences only.
Tickets are now on sale and are $7 for adults, $4 for children, and 2 free with a UCA I.D. Reservations are encouraged and may be made by calling the UCA Theatre Box Office at 450-3165.
