UCA Staff Senate accepting applications for scholarships

The UCA Staff Senate is now accepting applications for the following scholarships. The application deadline is Friday, Nov. 11 at 4:30 p.m.Staff Senate Employee Book Scholarship
The Employee Book Scholarship was established by the UCA Staff Senate to assist a full-time UCA staff employee in pursuing a degree at the University of Central Arkansas. The application is available at:

Staff Senate Scholarship for Dependents of UCA Staff
This scholarship is for dependents of full-time UCA staff employees who meet the eligibility criteria for the staff fee waiver as outlined in the staff handbook and are pursuing a degree at the University of Central Arkansas. The student must be in good standing academically and must have completed at least 30 hours of college credit with a cumulative grade point average of at least 2.5. The application is available at:

Lilly Harmon Staff Senate Scholarship for UCA Staff Employees or the Dependent of a UCA Staff Employee
One Lilly Harmon Staff Senate Scholarship will be awarded by the UCA Staff Senate to assist either a full-time staff employee or the dependent of a full-time staff employee in pursuing a degree in computer science or a related technology field of study. The staff dependent must have completed at least 30 semester hours of college course work prior to application, and have a cumulative grade point average of at least 2.5.
