University of Central Arkansas Public Appearances has announced its new season of performances including Broadway hits “Pretty Woman: The Musical” and “Shrek the Musical,” family-friendly shows such as “Stomp” and “Ghostbusters in Concert” with the Conway Symphony Orchestra, and award-winning musicians including the Indigo Girls, Vitamin String Quartet, Larry Fleet, Straight No Chaser and many more throughout the year.
Reynolds Performance Hall will feature twelve shows from the Broadway, Pops and Night Out Series; two from the Distinguished Speakers; five Main Stage EdUCAtion shows; a Benefit performance and a special 25th Anniversary Add On show. Three Windgate Collection shows will be featured at the Windgate Center for Fine and Performing Arts.
UCA Public Appearances Executive Director Amanda Horton said, “This season we will celebrate our 25th Anniversary at Reynolds Performance Hall. We are thrilled to introduce our new UCA Public Appearances logo which celebrates the growth we have had with the addition of the Windgate Center for Fine and Performing Arts. We are now programming in multiple venues and are able to add a greater mix of entertainment opportunities for our community.”

“The Main Stage EdUCAtion Series also has a momentous anniversary in the upcoming year as we celebrate 10 years of bringing school children from across the state to Reynolds Performance Hall. Many of the children we serve have never experienced live, professional theatre and do not have access to the arts in their own communities. This program opens doors to culture and arts for children in pre K to high school,” said Horton.
Subscription renewals for current season ticket holders are available now. New subscriptions will go on sale to the general public starting July 1. Subscriber Courtesy Week — when those who bought season packages may purchase individual tickets to shows before they open to the general public — will be from July 22 to July 26. Single tickets will go on sale to the general public on Monday, July 29.

Individual series prices range from $41-$160; Performing Arts Package (all three series) range from $260-$480; individual tickets for all shows in the Broadway, Pops and Night Out series are $27-$50. Speakers are $15 for adults and $5 for children/students, Main Stage shows are $10 for adults and $5 for children/students. The Charlotte’s Web Benefit show is $10 for adults and $5 for children/students. The Windgate Collection shows range from $17 – $40 for adults and $10 for children/students. A “Pick Six,” build-your-own package, is available to donors of $100 or more.
