CONWAY — The annual UCA Film Festival, featuring films by undergraduate students in digital filmmaking at the University of Central Arkansas, is set for 5:30 p.m. Friday, April 26, the Donald W. Reynolds Performance Hall.

The screening is free and open to the public.

“We usually play about 10 films, along with short films in between, but that also varies from year to year depending on the films we select,” said Joe Dull, associate professor and coordinator of undergraduate studies in the digital filmmaking program.

“What’s great about the festival is that it lets our students who are making great films show off their talents to the community. We always have a really good crowd who get to see some fantastic films.”

The purpose of the festival is to present the work of UCA students to the community and to provide networking opportunities. The program will be set the week of the festival.
