CONWAY — The University of Central Arkansas Film Club will host its 11th annual UCA Film Festival Thursday, April 30, at 7 p.m. at the Ron Robinson Theatre in the Little Rock River Market District.

The venue, located at 100 River Market Ave., is a new location for the UCA Film Festival.

Joe Dull, associate professor of digital filmmaking, said the expansion beyond campus and Conway was “exciting for us and our students.”

The festival is free and open to the public.

UCA students may submit films by April 20. The films will then be reviewed and the program selected by UCA faculty. The selected films will be announced by Thursday, April 24.

The films selected will then be judged by a panel of external filmmakers for awards to be presented on stage the evening of the festival.

For more information, contact Dull at (501) 852-2377 or Jdull@uca.edu.
