UCA CELEBRATES KING WITH PRAYER BREAKFAST

The University of Central Arkansas Office of Diversity and Community will host the annual MLK Prayer Breakfast Friday, Jan. 13 in the Student Center Ballroom. The official program begins at 9 a.m., and breakfast begins at 8:15 a.m.

The breakfast is held each year to celebrate the spiritual legacy and moral courage that Dr. Martin Luther King brought to the social justice movement. This year’s theme is “One People. One Nation. One Dream.” The keynote speaker will be Corey Oliver, UCA alumnus and award-winning literacy teacher at Bob and Betty Courtway Middle School in Conway.
