CONWAY — The UCA Trombone Choir will perform April 10 at 5:30 p.m. in the Snow Fine Arts Center Recital Hall. The event is open to the public and admission is free.
The concert, which will feature both the BearBones Trombone Choir and the Natural Slides Trombone Octet, is free and open to the public.
In addition, Dallas-based freelancer Noel Wallace will be featured as guest soloist.
The program will include “Leviathan” by Jack Wilds; “Villancico Catallan”, arranged by Jurgen van Oostenbrugge; “Man of La Mancha” by Mitch Leigh, arranged by S. Frank w/Vern Kagarice; “Ye Banks and Braes o Bonnie Doon” by Percy Grainger, arranged by Rebecca Kimmons; “Mini Overture” by James Kazik; “One For the Road” by Steven Verhelst; “The Chief” by John Stevens; “Seven Trombones of the Apocalypse” by Santiago Miguel Alarcon; and “Kashmir” by Jimmy Page and Robert Plant, arranged by Carl Lundgren.
