Researchers conducting cancer study

Dr. Steven Runge, College of Natural Sciences and Mathematics, and student Brandon Walser received a $2,650 State Undergraduate Research Fellowship to conduct a study that could lay the groundwork for future cancer therapies.

The team will study the identification of the proteins contributing to the regulation of intracellular pH in human breast cancer cells.
