The following presentations, publications and accomplishments were submitted by UCA faculty and staff: Nancy Reese and Bill Bandy, Department of Physical Therapy, had their textbook, ?Joint Range of Motion and Muscle Length Testing,” translated recently and published in Japanese. This textbook was originally published by Elsevier/W.B. Saunders in the United States.
Charlotte Yates, Department of Physical Therapy, presented a poster titled ” Motorneuronal coupling after spinal cord injury (SCI) leading to hyperreflexia: Increased expression of Connexin 36 (Cx 36) in the spinal cord after transection (Tx) ” at the 2005 Society for Neuroscience meeting in Washington, DC. This project is supported by USPHS grant RR020146 at the Center for Translational Neuroscience and UAMS.
