Ron Toll, College of Natural Sciences and Mathematics, and Barbara Anderson, Office of the President, recently received a $110,120 grant for the implementation of a new information technology network management software application called Pinnacle.
The grant is being funded by PAETEC Communications.
The new software application will improve efficiency and data reporting related to local area network operation and information technology inventory control and repair.
The new application will result in better network stability and improved services for campus.
