The University of Central Arkansas Center for Community and Economic Development, University of Arkansas Cooperative Extension Service, city of Alma, Alma School District and the Alma Area Chamber of Commerce will host a press conference unveiling the Kick Start Alma Action Plan.
Gov. Asa Hutchinson will be a featured speaker, as well as representatives from UCA, the University of Arkansas Cooperative Extension Service and the city of Alma.
Kick Start Alma is a community strategic plan outlining the blueprint for the growth and development of Alma over the next five years.
The event is open to the public. A reception will follow.
