Jennifer Boyett named senior director of advancement communications and campaign manager at the University of Central Arkansas

Jennifer BoyettThe University of Central Arkansas has promoted Jennifer Boyett to senior director of advancement communications and campaign manager. Boyett joined the university in 2023 as director of campaign communications and has played a key role in shaping strategic messaging and donor engagement across the division.

In her new role, Boyett will lead advancement communications and oversee the planning and execution of the university’s comprehensive fundraising campaigns. Her work will focus on strengthening UCA’s philanthropic outreach, supporting donor and alumni engagement, and aligning communication strategies across advancement functions. She will also guide campaign-related operations, ensuring coordinated timelines, communications, and cultivation activity in partnership with internal and external stakeholders.

After returning to UCA, Boyett directed communications for the conclusion of the UCA Now campaign, which secured more than $109 million in support for students, faculty and campus priorities. She has also expanded the division’s storytelling and donor communication platforms, led messaging for major initiatives and collaborated closely with university leadership to advance strategic fundraising goals.

Boyett brings more than two decades of experience in higher education advancement and nonprofit leadership. She previously served as vice president for advancement and executive director of the Henderson Foundation at Henderson State University, and most recently as executive director of the United Way of Central Arkansas.

A Conway native, Boyett earned her bachelor’s degree in journalism from UCA and holds a master’s degree in journalism from UA Little Rock.
