Due to the lingering impacts of inclement weather, UCA’s remote instruction plan will remain in place for Thursday, January 18. While many main roads have returned to normal or are clearing, there are still many secondary routes that remain hazardous and provide challenges to commuters. Faculty will continue to communicate with students regarding course activities, assignments, and adjustments to the syllabus and course schedule.
Physical Plant and others have worked diligently to make campus safe for those students and employees that are on campus. We will continue to generally work remotely, but hours for select student services will be expanded. Supervisors, in coordination with division vice presidents, should communicate with employees regarding on-site staffing needs. All other UCA employees should follow their remote work plan.
The updated hours for selected campus and student services are as follows:

The IT Help Desk is currently operating on a normal schedule, however, there may be limited staff available to answer the phone. You can leave a message and a member of the Help Desk staff will be in touch, or for faster response and resolution you can submit an online help ticket.
We will continue to communicate updates, and we are hopeful to return to a normal pattern of operation as soon as it makes sense to do so. Thank you to all those individuals that are caring for our students and campus during this very cold stretch of winter weather.
