Debbie Barnes, College of Education, received a $10,000 grant from the Arkansas Department of Education for the Arkansas Pathwise Mentoring Program.
According to Barnes, UCA faculty and public school faculty will be trained in the Pathwise Observation System which aligns with the curriculum.
Students, UCA, faculty and public school faculty will be using the same system to evaluate teaching.
