Election for two Faculty Senate At-Large positions will be held Friday,
March 4, from 8 a.m. to 4:15 p.m. in the Torreyson Library lobby.
Faculty may vote absentee March 1, 2 and 3 by casting a ballot in the
College of Liberal Arts Dean’s Office, Irby 120, between 8 a.m.
and 4:15 p.m.Those eligible to run for an At-Large position include full-time
employees of the university who hold the rank of instructor, lecturer,
assistant professor, associate professor or professor and those
full-time employees of the university with teaching included as a
responsibility of their appointment.
Those who would like faculty to be informed of your interest in running for an at-large position should notify Senate President Sondra Gordy at sondrag@uca.edu or 450-5629.
Those eligible to vote in this election are full-time employees of the
university who hold the rank of instructor, lecturer, assistant
professor, associate professor or professor and those full-time
employees of the university with teaching included as a responsibility
of their appointment.
A simple majority of those voting will be required for election to each
at-large position. Should no person receive a majority, a run-off will
be held on Friday, March 11.
