Arkansas Shakespeare Theatre’s fifth season opens June 16 with four performances of As You Like It in Conway at The Village at Hendrix. The play will run June 16-19. Those tickets are pay-what-you-can.
Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat will open in Reynolds Performance Hall on the University of Central Arkansas campus on June 23, running through Saturday, July 2. Othello will open June 25 and run through June 30, also at Reynolds. Tickets for Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat and Othello are $25 for adults, $15 for seniors, students, children and UCA faculty and staff.
The children’s show The Tortoise and the Hare will start June 17 and run through July 2 at Reynolds. Those tickets are $10.
The festival will conclude with four performances of As You Like It in North Little Rock at the newly-renovated Argenta Community Theatre July 1-3. Tickets for these four performances are $35 for mezzanine seats and $25 for main floor seats.
