ARKANSAS WRITERS MFA WORKSHOP TO HOLD READING APRIL 11

The fourth graduating class of students from the University of Central Arkansas’s Arkansas Writers MFA Workshop will read from their work at UCA Downtown on April 11.

The 7 p.m. readings, free and open to the public, are jointly sponsored by the UCA College of Fine Arts and Communication and the Oxford American.

“We always look forward to this event to celebrate the work of our graduating students as they head out to make their mark in the literary world,” said Dr. Stephanie Vanderslice, director of the Arkansas Writers MFA Workshop.

Those participating include Khillian Alexander of Spokane, Wash.; Enbarr Coleman of Spiro, Okla.; Drew Cook of Hot Springs; Shane Curry of Warren; JJ McNiece of Conway and Callie Smith of Mabelvale.
