Advance class registration is open for the four summer sessions available at the University of Central Arkansas.
May intersession is an intensive three week session where students can take undergraduate and graduate courses in a condensed timeframe. The dates for May Intersession are May 17-June 4.
The Summer I session and 10-week summer session both begin on June 7. Both sessions offer an array of general education classes, major and minor courses, and graduate courses designed to help students get ahead in their college careers and possibly graduate early. The Summer I session ends July 9, while the 10-week session ends Aug. 13.
The Summer II session follows Summer I, beginning on July 12 and ending on Aug. 13. This session also offers a wide variety of courses for both undergraduate and graduate students.
UCA’s summer sessions offer a range of incentives from smaller class sizes and better parking to guaranteed course offerings and an opportunity to raise grade point averages. Financial aid, campus jobs and housing may be available for students enrolled in the summer sessions.
