Ginny Adams, Department of Biology, received a $1,915 grant for a proposal titled, ?The University of Central Arkansas Environmental Education Project.?
The grant is being funded by the Arkansas Game & Fish Commission.
According to Adams, the primary objective is to promote environmental stewardship in local K-12 students and provide hands-on training in environmental education for students in the environmental sciences program at UCA.
