Please fill out the form below to apply for IDEAL. Applicants will participate in a short interview process that will take place September 2, 3, & 4 in the Ronnie Williams Student Center. Students will be notified of their selection into IDEAL by Tuesday, September 9th.

Students selected will meet weekly on Thursday’s from 5:00-7:00pm starting September 11th through the rest of the academic year, excluding university breaks.

Program Requirements:

Graduated with a 2.5 cumulative high school GPA or higher (or GED)
Earn a 2.5 UCA cumulative college GPA your first semester at UCA to continue the program in the spring
Enrolled in and complete 12 hours at UCA both fall and spring semesters
Maintain good standing with the university
Attend 90% of weekly meetings each semester
Attend 90% of bi-weekly rotation groups each semester
Page with the Student Government Association (SGA) at least once, date determined by your availability
Attend an on-campus retreat Saturday, October 11 – Sunday, October 12
