All of our workshops are designed to help you develop the leadership knowledge and skills you’ll need to be successful at UCA and beyond. Each workshop is presented by a skilled facilitator. Presenters include faculty, staff, community/corporate leaders, national acclaimed speaker bureaus, and your peers!
These fun, interactive, and educational workshops are open and free to all UCA students. Come to as many workshops as you’d like; most do not require registration, but it is always helpful for our planning.

StrengthsQuest:
The Clifton StrengthsFinder begins with a 30-minute online assessment that helps student discover their top five talents, along with action items for development and suggestions about how you can use your talents to achieve academic, career, and personal success.
Leadership Summit:
An annual Leadership Development conference that is held on campus which allows students to focus more on their leadership development skills as well as learning new ways to achieve their personal and academic goals.
