On March 21, 2025, UCA’s Central Strategy Team (CST) met to continue shaping the university’s strategic direction. The team focused on landscape analysis and high-impact priorities that position UCA for long-term success. As part of our ongoing efforts, the team reviewed the competitive market landscape to ensure that UCA is well-positioned to adapt to external challenges and capitalize on emerging opportunities.
