Student Success Services excited to announce that we are currently hiring student workers to serve as peer tutors in Tutoring Services, Supplemental Instruction leaders, and success coaches to assist UCA students for Fall 2025! Applying students should have:
– at least a 3.0 cumulative GPA
– a 3.0 or higher in relevant coursework for tutors and SI leaders
– be personable, reliable, and good communicators
SI leaders need to have completed the specific course for SI: PSYC 1300, BIOL 1440, ACCT 2310, CHEM 1402, 1450, 2401.
We generally hire for 10 hours/week @ $12/hr.
